Volunteer Orientation: Come to Habitat’s next Volunteer Orientation on Wednesday, February 8th at 6:00pm at our offices, 305 Curtis Street, Delaware, 43015 to learn all the ways to get involved with Habitat! All new volunteers need to attend an orientation to get started.

Ladies Night Out at the Bare Bowl: Wed., February 15, 5:30 p.m.

Guatemala Trip Informational Meeting: Wed., February 15, 6p.m. at the Habitat Office at 305 Curtis St. Learn more about the Global Village Program in general, and the meeting is also for those that may be interested in going on the wonderful adventure in May!

10th Annual Soups for Shelter: Thursday, March 1, 2012, 4:30p – 7:30p. St. Mary School Commons, 66 E. William St., Delaware, OH

Habitat Home Run: During Act! Speak! Build! Week, we are hosting our first 5-K race/walk on April 7 at 10am in Alum Creek State Park, with a runner-friendly course that crosses the dam. Entry fee is $20 and all participants receive a Habitat “Home Run” t-shirt. Proceeds will help fund the Youth United House at 135 S Liberty St. in Delaware.

“Women Build” Week May 7-12, 2012: Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work alongside other women on a Habitat home. No skills necessary. Contact Valerie Wigton, Development Coordinator, 740-363-9950 for details.
