Faith Relations

Delaware County Habitat for Humanity dedicated its second Apostles Build home in July 2010, with a record 36 churches participating as sponsors and providing construction for the home, purchased by Franklin & Bernice Moore (and granddaughter, Mya). Our goal is to conduct Apostles Build III in 2012. We also encourage church youth group members to participate in our annual Shack City event, to help raise awareness of the issue of homelessness and the need for adequate, affordable shelter for low-income families in our community.
